Meet Kate
Living Fully draws on my life work as an educator and human development facilitator. Along with my teaching background, I have many years of experience working within the framework of various healing modalities as well as coaching and counselling models.
My expertise and passion is in facilitating the development and full expression of human potential – mind, body, soul and spirit.
Within the education system in England, this translated into coordinating musical events – both within schools and the wider community, fostering student creativity and development as well as facilitating change through rite of passage work.
During the last 20 years I have focussed purely on supporting the well being and unfolding of individuals and groups from within my own business. This has led me to develop “Living Fully”
Over the past few years, my study and personal focus has been on completing my Diploma in Soul Centred Counselling. I have also completed studies and exploration into somatic approaches to healing trauma, nervous system regulation, the use of enquiry to explore the mind/body connection, repression and fragmentation as protection, addiction and compulsion, the development of the persona, spirituality and the journey of the feminine.
During this period I also discovered NeurOptimal™ Neurofeedback. I was impressed to find that this particular type of neurofeedback gave me a real foothold through the more challenging parts of my own journey. NeurOptimal helped me to create a whole new level of well being, particularly when combined with the inner work I practise. Because of this I am now delighted to be able to offer NeurOptimal rental alongside my coaching and counselling, to those who really want to see change in their lives.
